Title Transfer Fee - $150
MCCA charges $150.00 to prepare the certificate and transfer of title. Our Treasurer will also provide you with a current balance of any Association Fees that may be due.
We ask for two weeks to prepare the documentation. Often, it will be sooner. To seek the certificate, please click the link.
PLEASE Realtors - Make sure your client has READ and UNDERSTOOD our by-laws. No exterior changes to the home or yard may proceed without MCCA Architecture Committee approval.
